The Smart Patient Website (SPW) is a valuable online resource created by the Hospital Authority (HA) to help patients manage their health. Since its launch in 2009, SPW has acted as a one-stop hub for disease information, self-care tips, and community resources, aimed at reducing anxiety and enhancing patient understanding.

My role is to revamp and redesign the website to make it more user-friendly, incorporating a responsive design and clear messaging while simplifying its overall look.
